We believe God calls all Christians to reach out to others not yet in our faith family to share the love of Christ with them.  This is done in many ways at Salem.  Individual members share the love of Christ in their relationships with family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors.  Our Family Life Ministry Team invites our community to events at our church several times a year to share the love of Christ with them.  And, our Sunday School classes take opportunities to serve in the community and share Christ's love through special projects.

 

However, our G.R.A.C.E. ministry is particularly suited to reaching out to others with Christ's love.  Most often this is done when a person in our congregation hears of a need of a friend or neighbor.  Our G.R.A.C.E. ministry then makes a personal visit to them with a gift basket of items appropriate to their need.
